What areas do you serve?

We proudly offer our services throughout the entire state of Arizona, with a primary focus on Maricopa County, encompassing vibrant cities like Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Goodyear, and Glendale, among others. Additionally, we extend our reach to Pinal County, covering areas such as Maricopa, Casa Grande, and beyond. Whether you're exploring the urban landscapes of Phoenix or venturing into the scenic beauty of Sedona, the Grand Canyon, or Flagstaff, rely on us for dependable and luxurious transportation solutions.

 

Where are you located?

Our dedicated drivers operate across the East Valley, West Valley, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Tucson, catering to transportation needs throughout Arizona. We don't charge for travel to your location; our fees are solely based on taking you to your desired destination. If you're curious, our home offices are situated in Maricopa, Arizona.

Do you offer car seat or booster seat rentals?

Absolutely. We provide the option to rent a Graco Extend2Fit Convertible Car Seat for $35 per trip or a Chicco GoFit Backless Booster for $25 per trip.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled time receive a full refund. Cancellations made 25-48 hours prior receive a 50% refund, while those within 24 hours are charged the full rate.

Am I eligible for any discounts?

We offer various discounts:

  • 5% Senior discount

  • 5% Discount for ASU students (with valid student ID)

  • 5% Discount for Maricopa locals (with ID)

  • 5% Discount for active and retired military (with proper ID)

 

These discounts do not apply on holidays or holiday weekends. We do not discount major events such as Phoenix Open, Super Bowl, college games, major concert events, Prom, Homecoming and Holiday Light Tours.

We're landing at the airport, where should we meet our driver?

For curbside pickup, your driver will meet you outside the terminal. Specific location depends on your terminal, and your driver will provide instructions upon arrival. For a MEET & GREET service at baggage claim, we accommodate for an additional $35 charge.

How do I pay?

We require a credit card on-file. Payment is due at the beginning of the ride, accepted in cash, credit card, or Venmo.

Do your rates include driver gratuity?

Gratuity isn't included but appreciated. You can preauthorize gratuity or tip the driver in cash.

What if we're running late?

Flight delays aren't billed. For reservations, there's a ten-minute grace period; after that, a $3 per minute charge applies.

Can we add additional stops to our ride?

Additional stops incur fees for mileage and wait time, unless requested at the time of reservation.

What are the vehicle rules?

Feel free to request to listen to your favorite music, adjust temperature controls, or any other special requests. We offer in-car entertainment and karaoke.

We can stock vehicles with your favorite beverages with advanced notice and payment.

Any damage to the vehicle by any customer will be charged to the primary client's account on file for the full amount of the damage. Getting "sick" in the vehicle has a minimum charge of $380 and may be more depending on the cleanup cost and how long the vehicle is out of service.
 

Can I drink alcohol in the vehicle?

Alcohol is permitted for guests aged 21 and older.

How do your prices compare to other transportation companies?

Our prices are competitive, offering top-notch service at a great value. While you might find slightly cheaper or pricier options, our commitment to excellence sets us apart.
